Order Processing

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 24–72 hours after being placed.
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

Our Shipping Commitment

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

If your order is intended as a gift, we’ll make every reasonable effort to get it delivered promptly. That said, delivery times may occasionally take longer than expected due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives later than anticipated, we kindly ask for your patience — your order is on its way and will be worth the wait.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care in the formulation, packaging, and handling of all Mabesty products. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and full refund:

  • The product must be unused
  • The jar must be sealed and unopened
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Opened, used, or unsealed jars are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back.

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team. Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

Once an RMA number is issued:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the RMA issuance
  • If we do not receive the return within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the RMA and deny the refund

You may cancel an RMA prior to shipping the return by notifying us in writing.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 30 days from the completion of the return process for the refund to appear on your account.
